Return Policy

I. REFUND REGULATIONS:

Type of product to be returned:

- The product does not engrave your name/personal image

- Products not included in the Promotion.

You are allowed to check the goods before receiving, are allowed to refuse if the goods do not meet the requirements or description.

Products RECEIVED can be exchanged within 3 days.

Refunds are not accepted if the product is not defective.


II. PRODUCT REFUND PROCESS:

1. Return products:

a. Return conditions:

- Product defect belongs to the manufacturer.

- Delivery time: 3 days from the date of completion of delivery.

- Products that meet the conditions of return and exchange in section I.

b. Payment procedure:

Step 1: Contact the Store or inbox us on Facebook via pictures/clips to determine if the product defect is eligible for return.

Step 2: If the goods are returned, the staff will contact you and guide the next steps.

Step 3: Send the goods home with the information paper form

- Reason for return

- Name

- Phone number

- Bank information

Step 4: When we receive the goods, we will confirm the information and transfer the refund to you

** You can take a photo of the bill after sending the goods so that we can track your order and process it faster for you.

2. Product exchange:

a. Conditions of exchange:

- The product is new and unused

- Products that meet the conditions of return and exchange in section I.

- 3 days exchange time.

- You can change to a product of equal or higher value than the old product (no refund if the product has a lower value)

b. Procedures for exchanging goods:

3. Product return cost:

- If the product belongs to the manufacturer's fault, Miniwood would like to bear all product return fees when incurred.

- If you exchange goods because of your needs: the cost of exchanging goods will be borne by the customer
