1. Conditions for Return and Exchange:

  • Products eligible for return and exchange:

    • Products without personalized engravings or prints of designs, images, or text.
    • Examples: wooden calendars, wooden clocks, plain name card holders, plain wooden notebooks, wooden pens, keychains, and standard wooden accessories.
  • Products not eligible for return and exchange:

    • Products with personalized engravings or prints. In such cases, Miniwood only applies a warranty if manufacturing defects are detected.
  • General requirements:

    • Products must remain intact with original tags, labels, and packaging, unused, and not damaged by the customer.
    • Timeframe: 7 days from the date of receipt (for online purchases) or the date of purchase (for in-store purchases).

2. Return and Exchange Procedure:

  • Step 1: Contact Miniwood via hotline/email/Facebook or send a message through our online platforms to request a return or exchange.

    • Attach images or videos of the product for staff to verify its condition.
  • Step 2:

    • In-store purchases: Bring the product to the store for immediate processing.
    • Online purchases: Pack the product and send it to Miniwood's address, along with your contact details (Name, Phone Number, Desired Replacement Product, etc.).
  • Step 3: Once Miniwood receives the product, we will inspect it and process the request within 3-5 working days.

3. Related Costs:

  • If the issue is caused by Miniwood (e.g., wrong model, technical defect), customers will receive free returns or exchanges.
  • For exchanges due to personal preferences (e.g., wanting to switch to another product), customers are responsible for shipping costs, and a processing fee of 5-10% of the product value may apply in some cases.

II. Product Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Period:

  • All products come with free warranty coverage for 1 month from the date of purchase.

2. Warranty Conditions:

  • Miniwood provides warranty services for products with technical issues caused by manufacturing defects, including:
    • Natural wood cracking not caused by external factors.
    • Warping or structural defects in the product.
  • Customers must present a purchase invoice to verify the warranty period.

3. Cases Not Covered by Free Warranty:

  • Damage caused by improper use (e.g., dropping, impact, exposure to water or humid environments).
  • Products that have been repaired by third parties not affiliated with Miniwood.

4. Warranty Procedure:

  • Step 1: Contact Miniwood via hotline/email/Facebook and provide images describing the product issue.
  • Step 2: Miniwood will inspect and respond within 3-5 working days. If the issue is eligible for warranty, the product will be repaired or replaced for free.
