WARRANTY & STORAGE

Miniwood Design products are warranted for glue, engraving, engraving, printing color and quality within 5 days from the time of receipt.

I. Cases not covered by warranty:

1. Wood surface scratched by sharp objects, damaged by external physical impact.

2. The product gets wet with water (for NSX products, it is recommended not to come into contact with water)

3. Self-inflicted damage, scratch the product.

4. Product has expired warranty.

II. Warranty cases:

1. Product is defective by the manufacturer: open glue, chipped, warped, moldy, blistered.

2. Silicone border material (for wooden phone cover) expands and loses shape.

3. The engraving/printing image is blurred and the fill color is faded or blurred.
